lobster sashimi

just had lobster sashimi when my parents came over. the lobster meat was served on iced in the centre of the dish, flanked by the head and tail of the lobster.

from the beginning when the dish was served the lobster's feelers were moving. however what was really frightening was when in the middle of the dish, the lobster pushed down on the plate with all his legs and the head section rose 45 degrees. my dad pushed it down with his chopsticks. yeah but it was quite freaky.
